Story
46% of households in the UK have pets and with over 40,000 house fires each year, it's an unfortunate fact that pets die from smoke inhalation. Smokey Paws, with your help give specially designed pet oxygen masks to the UK fire services. These masks are proven to save pets, the next pet saved could be yours...
Help me raise enough money to buy Smokey Paws kits for SFRS fighters. I am hiking/cycling and scampering 7 miles to the remote island of Gometra on the West Coast of Scotland with my family. 7 miles is a very long way on little puppy legs so please support me, every penny will help this worthwhile cause.

7 years agoThis is me getting the 5 Smokey Paws kits from the Smokey Paws people with my human and his work colleagues at Livingston Fire Station. The kits will be sent out to the fire stations this week!!

7 years agoHello humans I have spoken to the Smokey Paws people and the kits will be donated to the following Fire Stations; Livingston Bathgate BoNess Falkirk Alyth Hopefully you are happy with choices. I also heard from the Smokey Paws people that a little pony was saved last week using a Smokey Paws kit! I met some ponies during my challenge, here is a picture. Thanks Dug.

Hi, My name is Dug and I am a fourteen week old Miniature Schnauzer who's owner works for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service. I am raising money to equip the Firefighters in my community with special pet oxygen masks to help pets who have been in a house fire or accident.
