I am a family friend that wants to try help raise as much funds as I can towards a special little boys dream holiday to Disneyland!! It's been such a long fight to get the family this far after what they have been through especially Tommy. We have been doing funrasing days, anything we can do to try make this little boys Christmas a very special one❤️
