Three years ago I attempted to run the Yorkshire three peaks fell race and arrived at the final checkpoint one minute too late so was forced to stop! I said I would NEVER run it again, but my memory must have failed me as I've enetered again for Saturday 28th April! The race is 24 miles including the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Ingleborough and Whernside. It is one of the oldest, most famous and best organised fell races in Britain.

I am raising money for the Oncology Department at Northampton General Hospital where my best friend Wiz has been receiving treatment for head and neck cancer and is still under their fantastic care.
