My friends and I are traveling to and through Cambodia and Laos in the summer of 2017. Whilst we are there we are going to be trekking through the rainforest and helping small communities. The work we are hoping to undertake will include; building bridges, setting up gardens to enable the families to start a business selling their own produce, teaching handicrafts along with skills and helping to build a water tower for the village. I am very much looking forward to the challenges I will face and the sense of achievement in helping others.
