I am running the Adelaide 1/2 marathon (22km......Oh God!!) in order to raise money for Bedford, Adelaide. Bedford is a non-profit organisation that works with people with disabilities. They help change lives of people with disability by building their skills to participate in the community. It is a fabulous charity that truely makes a difference and helps people with disability and their familes live life to the fullest and achieve their dreams.
