    Story

Bodmin Moorland Pony Rehabilitation is a small registered charity that primarily help abandoned ponies of Bodmin Moor along with offering rescue space to other ponies in need across the UK. Since moving some of our herd of rescue ponies to their new grazing we have had a couple of episodes where some herd members are exiting their fields over natural hedging, banks and Cornish walls to visit our neighbouring herds, thoroughly natural to a Moorland pony but putting themselves at risk of injury in the process! Our ponies safety and wellbeing is our primary concern and desperately need to run a secondary electric fence inside of each hedgerow to keep each herd contained safely. We have already been forced as a temporary measure to purchase 2 energisers and 12v batteries already to secure a couple of areas that we viewed as an emergency but this has forced us to draw on funds that we rely on for our large winter feed bill. We need at least 2 more sets and other fencing equipment to securely fence a minimum of 4 long runs of hedge. Please can you help us achieve our goal?
