I have linked up with the Phoenix resource centre who have kindly donated vital medical, educational, and other resources to those most desperate in need in Greece.

Along with the charity the Smile of the Child in Greece we aim to distribute these resources to those most desperate in need of them.

In order to get these items to Greece we need to fund raise the transportation cost.

Mondial shipping company have very kindly offered to give us a discounted rate, and have already helped us in many ways through sending items for free over the years.

Over the last several years we have been supporting this charity with the help of many involved, such as the Forest Hall School in Stanstead and St Mary at Latton Church Harlow. We have arranged school exchanges and have had the privilege of supporting the refurbishment of an orphanage.

What we are planning to do with Phoenix resource centre will take this fundraising to the next level. These items will support thousands of families in need. Giving one example we will be shipping over medical survival kits for newborn babies and mothers.

These resources that are being supplied by Phoenix resource centre would otherwise have gone to landfill, but will provide a vital life line for the families living in Greece.

If we can cover the transportation costs we hope that this will become a regular shipment and will become a sustainable supply chain of resources and supporting those most desperately in need.
