Hello all,

I seem to have signed myself up to a Tough Mudder on Sunday 19th August.

This involves a 10 mile run broken up by 20+ obstacles and, for someone who has no arm muscles to speak of, sounds simultaneously fun and terrifying.

The main thing spurring me on is that I will be doing it to raise money for my work and helping more people find independence and happiness in later life in Cornwall.
