James sadly passed away in June 2016 following an 18 month battle with a very rare immune disorder (HLH with a XIAP deficiency) and after undergoing a bone marrow transplant at Great Ormond St Hospital. He has left a huge gaping hole in our lives but we want to create a legacy for James so that he will never ever be forgotten. We will be looking to support many charitable causes over the course of 2017 - charities that will lead people to reflect on James' qualities and personality when they donate....his loving nature, his kindness and ability to see the good in everyone and his ability to battle through the most challenging of circumstances. These charities will include Save The Children, The Sick Childrens' Trust, Rianna's Fund and Elizabeth's Footprint. We would welcome any further suggestions.

A boy so sweet,

A life too short,
James so adored.

Stem Cells given,
But they weren't enough,
A rollercoaster ride,
That was just too rough.

James worshipped his sisters,
And cherished his cats,
A friend to so many,
Of that there's no doubt.
