Story
Ive started this just giving page to try raise funds to go towards Cumnock Juniors Enterprise being able to replace the items stolen from the sports hub, this hub is the heart of the community more so in last year where they have gone above and beyond for our Local Communities.
below is information regarding the events and how this has impacted the hard work thats been going on within the hub then this sadly happens.
The trustees and staff are devastated to announce that we have been the victim of a break in. Items running well into thousands of pounds have been stolen from Townhead Community Sports Hub.
This week has seen us running one of our most successful youth football camps ever and we are appalled that this experience has happened at this time
We would rather be lauding the work of our staff and volunteers, but now our focus is on this.
We were working hard during covid to create a learning environment for the kids. We were extremely proud to create a "classroom" for them to use either academically, socially or for performance analysis.
However the contents of this room are now completely gone. This room saw massive investment as we are determined to make sure we can provide top class facilities, both on and off the park.
The show must go on however and our food drops, community programmes etc will continue as we don't underestimate our role within the community, despite this occurrence.
please if you can donate it would greatly appreciated so they can keep the vision going.
