Here goes! I have decided to run a half marathon in march to raise funds for Charlies eye gaze equipment! Eye gaze allows users to access communication skills just by looking at the pictures on the screens, Charlie has spastic quadraplegic cerebral palsy meaning he really struggles to move all 4 limbs, he is also severely delayed in his speech as he struggles to control the muscles in his mouth, so this is an amazing way for him to be heard! He has had 4 trials now and has real potential, unfortunately these are not funded by the NHS! So as some of you may know I struggle running to the end of the road and back but a half marathon is nothing to the struggles our little Charlie has daily just to move! So please please help us to give Charlie a voice xxx
