Just over a year ago I was scrolling through my FB page and saw the cutest, most lovable, floppy eared, big footed, droopy eyed pup.. this first picture started an adventure. The puppy I fell in love with was rescued by a lovely young woman named Dragana who rescues un-wanted and abandoned street dogs and cats in the Balkans ... many of whom have experienced terrible abuse. Dragana is supported by a small group of friends based in the uk called Kiki's Hope for Animals. With the support of the organisation, Dragana works tirelessly day and night rescuing dogs and cats from the most horrific conditions...she nurses these little souls back to health, loves them as her own, cares for them and when they are ready, works with Kiki's Hope to find foster homes and loving forever families in the UK and other parts of Europe.

Without Dragana these babies would be alone, unloved and in danger. Without our small group Dragana couldn't do the miraculous work she does.
Without Dragana these dogs and cats have no hope.

My puppy has made me very happy and I have made new friends in Kiki’s Hope ... but we need your help.

Which is why I an asking you to sponsor me and Kevin when we run the Manchester 10k in aid of Dragana's work .. we may not be fast but we are running for a good cause.
