On Saturday 18th August I will be abseiling down Liverpool Cathedral to raise money for The Open Door Centre, a charity that provides immediate help to those suffering with depression and anxiety.

I have been volunteering with the centre for two years and have seen first hand the positive effect that it has had on peoples lives; whether they have been suffering, in need of help or just someone to talk to.

Any donations will help enormously to expand our reach and continue to provide innovative interventions to those in need.
