We have set ourselves the challenge of the 'Three Peaks' on the 19/20th June 2018. This is for our company charity which is associated with Cystic Fibrosis trust.

What is Cystic Firbrosis? Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a genetic condition affecting more than 10,400 people in the UK. You are born with CF and cannot catch it later in life, but one in 25 of us carries the faulty gene that causes it, usually without knowing.

What does the challenge involve? The National Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks of Scotland, England and Wales, within 24 hours. The total walking distance is 23 miles (37km) and the total ascent is 3064 metres (10,052ft) - twice the ascent of the Yorkshire Three Peaks, over a similar total walking distance. The total driving distance is 462 miles. .
