21 years of service and cannot get help or funding anywhere, his now divorced wife took his pension and everything and now he is homeless and couch surfing. he's a remarkable man with kind heart who is down on his luck just trying to get him on his feet with a little rent and deposit for his own place. Been turned down by councils
