Story
WHO ARE WE?
The Fight Inequality Alliance is a global movement of organisations and activists coming together across borders and labels in order to build collective power against global systems of oppression.
On Saturday 18th January 2020, thousands of people in more than 30 countries worldwide are mobilising to demand a fairer, more equal and sustainable future.
You can join us in London!
Where: Whitehall, near Richmond Terrace
When: Saturday 18th December
Time: 12:00pm – 1:00pm
As the global 1% meets at the World Economic Forum on the exclusive Swiss mountain resort of Davos, we will be coming together in London to make noise and call on the Government to listen to its citizens, not the wealthy elite.
We cannot do this without your help. Will you help fund us to make this happen?
At the Speaking to Power: Global Protest to #FightInequality rally, we will be calling for:
>> good quality education, accessible housing, decent jobs and healthcare for all
>> an end to poverty wages, cuts in public spending and the decimation of social rights
>> an end to hunger and homelessness in the world’s sixth-largest economy
>> fair and progressive taxation and an end to tax breaks for the wealthy
>> a wellbeing economy that serves people and planet, instead of profiting from environmental destruction
Bring along your bells and whistles or pots, pans and musical instruments. Make some noise. The alternatives are with us, not with the economic and political elites.
Any donations, no matter how small, will make a huge difference towards #FightingInequality
**The Fight Inequality Alliance in the UK includes: Just Fair UK, Jubilee Debt Campaign, Co-operatives UK, Positive Money UK, Women's March London, Church Action for Tax Justice, New Economics Foundation, Tax Justice UK, Race on the Agenda - ROTA, Global Justice Now and more!**

Stay strong and fight for what's right. Don't give up or lose hope. We can all do this if we keep faith in ourselves.
