Evening all, As you may be aware one of my best friends Gary Crickson suffered a minor stroke recently .Gary is proud owner and gym instructor at Forge Fitness in Rainhill .His recent and unexpected ill health means he will be unable to return to work at full capacity well into the new year .Gary is the first to offer help to anybody facing adversity and has selflessly supported numerous charities and initiatives over the years .
Being unable to work will place an enormous strain on his financial circumstances .I fear this will force him to return to work earlier than what he has been advised by medical professionals .
