Story
Forgotten Feet was set up by Debi Monk, a podiatrist with a big heart and a great idea to provide free foot care to the homeless.
To add my support, I have decided to take part in 4 charity runs to raise money to by medical supplies needed to run these free foot care clinics .
As you can see, I’m not a runner so I’m going to start with a 2K family run with my daughters this September and finish with the Cardiff Half Marathon next October.
