This JustGiving Page and all of it's donations go to PIPS Hope and Support. With 6 people a week dying by suicide in Northern Ireland, the suicide prevention work done by PIPS has a lasting and significant impact on those whose lives have been affected by suicide.
There has been a 64% increase in suicides in Northern Ireland in the last decade alone. In order to prevent suicide, people need to be able to talk out about how they are truly feeling inside. With 1 in 3 people suffering from mental health problems, it is imperative that we end the stigmatisation surrounding mental health. Through your donation, you're making a stand against the silence. You're making a stand with those families that have been affected by suicide.
On Saturday 10th March, I'll be skydiving 10, 000 ft in aid of PIPS Hope and Support.
