    Story

Due to the current situation we all find ourselves in, it is becoming more apparent that we need to modernise a few areas of Bellslea Park. This is work that we had planned to roll out anyway but we feel it is now necessary to bring all these together in one project so that when we return to football it is a safer and healthier environment for everyone.

Firstly, the spectator toilets have long been overdue a freshen up and we are extending those into the area currently taken up by the turnstiles. These are the same Turnstiles installed in 1921, so it is fair to say they have lasted well. The new turnstiles will move to the corner gate beside the Pie Hut and will offer a wider and easier access to those entering Bellslea Park.

The Match Officials Room is also in close proximity to the current Turnstiles and is required to be upgraded for SFA Club Licensing. We have been meaning to do that work for a number of years now, so again, it makes sense to tie it all up into one project.

We are a proud club who are exceptionally lucky with the support we get from the local community and we don't normally do this sort of fund raising. However, in the absence of our normal fund raising ventures due to to the Covid 19 Pandemic, we have decided to take this route. We have had a number of our supporters asking if they can help financially so have decided to give it a go.

It is certainly a difficult time for the club but we are not alone and it is important we all stick together so we can come out the other end better for it.

We thank you all in advance,

    Come awa the Broch,

    Finlay Noble, Club Chairman.

In the space of four working days you have burst through our target of £5,000. We have also had donations handed in to us and a sizeable donation from the Supporters Club. This will go along way to helping fund the project. We will however leave the page open should anyone else wish to donate. What has been raised so for is amazing and at the same time very humbling. We are very lucky to have the Support we do from our community. Come awa the Broch Finlay Noble.
