The war still carries on, monkey pox isn't an issue out here weirdly. Everyday the battles continue regardless of exposure from the news back home. Anytime you can raise awareness of this I urge you to do so, without support from the west Ukraine won't be victorious. Our team is very well equipped for ukranian standards but we still lack any form of night fighting equipment which leaves us extremely vulnerable. If anyone can get access to Night vision please let me know. Thank you to everyone for your messages of support.

Another update during some restbite. The tempo has increased and although the popularity for the war has slowed down and it doesn't make the news daily. The battle still rages. The Ukrainians and Legion are fighting hard everyday to hold back the push and stop the advance. I want to thank everyone who has supported me in mind or with financial assistance. I have now returned to Ukraine and will be spending as much time here as possible. Its great to see that the city of Kyiv is relatively back to normal or as close to normal as can be expected. This shows that the previous months efforts were absolutely key in returning families to their homes. No less than 2 weeks ago this city was a ghost town, no families or cars on the streets. Now it resembles normality albeit militarised normality. 🇺🇦🇬🇧
