During the month of November I will be running 10k a day in November. Half of the proceeds will be going to prostate cancer as part of the prostate united fundraiser.

The other half will be going to Pontefract Cancer Ward. This ward is currently providing treatment to my Mother in Law (Elizabeth Wilkinson) who has recently been diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. Liz is such a caring and fun loving individual who has welcomed me into her family from day one. This is my way of giving her someone back and showing how appreciative and thankful I am for this. Also, how proud I am of the strength she is showing throughout this difficult period.
