I'm trying to raise money for a 12 year boy called jack power richardson who has got neurofibromasoisos type 2 this is a genetic disorder of the nervous system which causes tumours to form on the nerves any where in the body at any time jack is at the stage for chemo based injections but has to undergo surgey to remove the tumours that is wrapped around his spinal cord money i raise is to go to jack to choose a treat for his self before his treatment starts i know there is some lovely kind people out there so please please help me give jack a treat
