Story
Back in May my Wife Jenny gave birth to our beautiful daughter Georgia at 37 weeks. It was apparent shortly after birth that Georgia was sick and having been born with a significantly low blood count she required a number of blood transfusions and the expert care of the staff in the Neonatal unit (Intensive Care) at the Ulster Hospital.
Georgia spent just over a week in the Neonatal unit and received an outstanding level of care during her time here.
Georgia is now thriving at home and as a mark of appreciation for the care she received I (Daniel) along with some friends / family will be hoping to raise some money which will go directly to the Neo-Natal unit.
Our fundraising efforts will include completing a 22 mile mountain walk along the Mourne Wall.
Any donations big or small are very much appreciated and will be going to a very worthwhile cause.
Daniel
