Story
2018 is the 75th anniversary of the Trefoil Guild, part of the Guide Association. They are sponsoring the Countryside Challenge which develops skills for those who use Riding for the Disabled ( RDA). Natasha Baker MBE, Paralympic gold medallist, started her competition journey by winning the Countryside Challenge.
The Challenge is in 12 parts each representing a different skill.
RDA support disabled riders across the country to enable them to gain a variety of skills. Learn more on their website

As my contribution I am going to run the Surrey Hills 5km race on Sunday September 23rd. I took up jogging in August 2017 to improve my fitness so a hill run will be a new challenge. I hope you will support me in contributing to this very deserving cause.
