I am hoping to join a month long expedition to Tanzania with Camps International. The expedition takes place during the summer of 2018 which will give me a chance to end my school life with a life-changing experience.

Whilst there I will be taking part in projects that are essential to bettering the lives of the communities as around 51% of population of East Africa live in absolute poverty.

The types of projects we will be completing are:
- Building classrooms to provide children with safe places to learn.
- Installing fresh water tanks at schools and in villages.
- Constructing vitally needed community housing from local materials.

Whilst there we will also have the amazing opportunity to help endangered animals in their natural environment.

The whole expedition is a total of £4000 including travel costs.
I am looking to fundraise £2000 as this amount helps fund the projects that make the difference to the local communities, wildlife and environmental conservation.
