Run No24 was on Sunday 26th August 2018, the second annual Run for Rhys 5k in Croxteth Park, Liverpool. A very wet morning it was too with difficult running conditions along some of the trail tracks around Croxteth Park but the run was duly completed in just over 30 minutes !!!! A week of rest next week ahead of the 25th and final one, the 2019 Great North Run !!!!

Sunday 19th August 2018 saw Run No 23 another 10k, this time the Birchwood 10k in Warrington. With a slight improvement on time, this one was finished in 1:02:43 knocking nearly three minutes off last week's time with no further training in between. Onto run number 24 next week, a drop back down to a 5k on the cards in Croxteth Park, Liverpool.

Sunday 12th August 2018, Run Number Twenty Two completed, the Leigh Community 10k. Chip time was 1:05:19. Onto the Birchwood 10k next week nearly there ;-)
