Story
Camelot - The Bike Ride
Greenbrook Pantomime Society are set to perform ‘Camelot - The Panto’ in January but, with Covid19 lingering, the society is looking to offset the anticipated loss of revenues by taking on a real life quest.
Cast, crew and supporters of the society will mount there noble steads and cycle over 30 miles in search of the lost kingdom of Camelot - the abandoned theme park near Chorley!
Led by committee member, resident ‘baddy’ and cycle enthusiast David Gorton, the knights will set off on Sunday 2nd August from Greenbrook Methodist Church and will look to raise £500 towards production costs.

4 years agoWE DID IT! Every single knight completed the quest- 5 hours and 30 miles later! Thanks to all of the on-ride supporters and everyone who made it possible.

We did it! £1000 raised! We are still accepting donations and every penny will be used to support the running costs of Greenbrook Pantomime Society. We face an uncertain future with the likelihood of increased costs and reduced crowd numbers/ticket sales and your support is very much needed. Thank you!

4 years agoWE HAVE HIT OUR TARGET - Thank You! We are still accepting donations and all of the money raised will be used towards Greenbrook Pantomime Societies running costs. We are facing an uncertain future and with the possibility of reduced crowds/ticket numbers and increased costs, every penny helps!
