Green Jersey Race Team is a cycling team based in Clitheroe, Lancashire and is supported by The Green Jersey. We have 8 riders overall across Youth, Junior and Elite with the main part of the team being Junior based with 5 riders in that category.

2017 for the team brought success after success with 28 wins, 25 2nd's and 18 3rd's in Regional, National and International races. During the season we were crowned Northwest Champions with two other riders gaining 3rd's at the Northwest Championships and came away with over 10 top 10s in National races. As well as this dominating Colne GP, Dolan series and the TLI National Championships where at least two of the riders were on the podium. Also taking part in several Youth Tours taking team prizes and podiums at the Isle of Man Youth Tour, Northwest Youth Tour and Youth Tour of Scotland. Finally at the end of the season at the Youth Tour of Ireland getting a 9th,4th and a 2nd on General Classification and gaining 2nd in the team classification.

With all this great success there comes a cost to support these young ambitious riders who strive for success. This is why we are asking our supporters and friends of the team/shop to help us through the 2018 season and carry on the success. Any donation is highly appreciated and all funds will go towards helping these riders with bikes, kit, entry fees and travel costs, so we ask you to donate as much as you can towards this team. If you cannot donate then just give us a shout or a cheer if you see any of our riders at races.

If you a part of a company or organisation and can donate over 200 pounds to the team we can put your logo on our training/podium kit and on our team vehicle f.o.c. We will also promote you through our social media.
