Story
In September 2015, at the age of 40, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and received Chemotherapy, Surgery and Radiotherapy at Northampton General Hospital. At the time of my diagnosis I had 2 young children aged 9 months and 5 years which added to the challenges that I was facing.
The treatment and support that I received was outstanding and I am happy to say that my treatment was successful. In order to do something positive for the benefit of others in a similar situation, I am organising a charity disco to raise funds for the Chemotherapy Suite appeal at Northampton General Hospital!
