Story
My name is Harrison Hicks and on Thursday 16th February 2017 I will be spending the night in Prison at Weston Police station to raise money for charity. We will be sleeping in cells in a non-active custody suite.
I am fundraising for:
National Police Memorial day to:
- Remember police officers who have been killed or died on duty
- Demonstrate to relatives, friends and colleagues of fallen officers that their sacrifice
is not forgotten
- Recognise annually the dedication to duty and courage displayed by police officers
and
Care of Police Survivors which is dedicated to helping the families of police officers who have lost their lives whilst on duty. They aim to ensure that survivors have all the help they need to cope with such a tragedy, and that they remain part of the police family as they rebuild their lives.
