Our primary goal is to put on this much-loved community event for the town. We aim to also raise a surplus to donate to local good causes, but unfortunately that doesn't always happen for the fireworks night due to the nature of the event. Please also support the other events we organise if you can. The Santa Dash is in December and in May we will again host the popular beer and gin festival. I wanted to give everyone an update on our fundraising efforts. This year through all the volunteers' efforts and contributions from businesses we managed to keep the costs down to under £6,000. On the night we collected nearly £4,500 in the buckets and we have received over £500 from local business and organisations before and since the event. With the contributions on the JustGiving page here we are within a couple of hundred pounds of breaking even for this year's event. Please continue to share this page and I'm sure we will get there!
