Studies indicate about 1 in 5 people will experience a mental health issue in their lifetime. These are our friends, family members, and loved ones who may be experiencing symptoms of mental health issues that aren’t obvious or visible .so I asked myself what would I expect to be done for me should I find myself as I of the 5. And I subtly ask same of you?
My ANSWER
• Would love to be care for and surround by people who love me
• Would appreciate if I can find myself in a decent home where there will be good care and I will also be rehabilitated and reintegrated into the society
• Have acquired knowledge not to make me part of the one in the first place due to a canker of the society today (Drugs )
The Grasps of what I want to do is contribute the funds to the psychiatric hospital to help reduce their burden and help them continue with their good effort for taking caring of our friends ,family and love ones who have fallen victims
Also while engage in these activities (contributing the fund to the hospital) will serve as a backbone to create awareness for the public and give them insights .Information is power, I am of the view and believe it's important to educate people about habits and behaviors that increase the risk of developing or exacerbating mental illnesses, or could be signs of mental health problems themselves so it can be address sooner than later
A major problem facing the youth is substance misuse and abuse which causes mental problem. So embark of a radical campaign and explore an early indoctrination of curbing drug use and even if a major failure reduce it to its barest minimum thereof
Last but not the less have a home where people with disorders such as bipolar, stress, depression, anger issues and trauma from painful experience can freely be counselled and helped

3.Educate on the consequences of abusing drugs
