During my Midwifery Degree I have the opportunity to go to Hue, Vietnam and experience maternity care in a whole new culture. This will be an fantastic adventure for me as I am very interested in the impact of culture on the care we can provide. It will also be a great chance to explore my own midwifery skills and knowledge as I observe the care in a different setting and reflect on my communication and practice.
