On the 15th of July we will be doing a 10k run across Westminster, which should take about an hour and a half. I’m not sure how we ended up getting roped into this, but we can’t pull out now.

We would be extremely grateful for any donations to support us doing this – it will all go to charities that help fight cancer. Children's Cancer hospital is one of them and it is dedicated to Aaliyah’s grandma who died from cancer. All the rest of the donations will go to charities that continue to deliver vital support both inside and outside the UK to those who need it most. For these reasons we will continue with this run and hope that every penny raised will be of great help, even if it is to provide one chemotherapy session for one child.
