We have picked both the Mountain Gorilla and The Sumatran Rhino to raise money for, and whatever we raise will be split between two charities supporting these incredible souls we share the planet with!

Mountain Gorillas - Mountain gorillas, who live in the Virunga mountains of East central Africa, are the most endangered of the three subspecies of Gorilla, and are seriously threatened by the possibility of extinction. There are less than 790 of them left in the world, and they can only exist in the wild.

Sumatran Rhino - The Sumatran rhino is the most endangered of all rhinoceros species due to its rapid rate of decline. Because of poaching, numbers have decreased more than 70% over the last 20 years, with the only viable population now in Indonesia. The species was declared extinct in the wild in Malaysia in 2015.

A little note.....Do you know you will never see a Mountain Gorilla in a zoo because they don't survive in captivity...these gentle giants need to socialise and be truly wild, if these guys disappear from the singular area of the Virunga mountain district we will never see them again! Also the lovely Sumatran Rhino, due to recent reports has just 3 male rhino's surviving in Malaysia, these little guys are gentle beautiful creatures just like the white rhino....only these guys are smaller and hairier!!! Cute!!!!
