Thank you so much to all those who have donated so far. To date, we have sent 3 vehicles packed full of humanitarian supplies to refugees in Poland, and well as across the border into Ukraine. We are now working closely with a wonderful brother and sister team (Marta and Tomac), based in the town of Gliwice in Poland, who are directly housing 18 refugees, and who support a wider network of approximately 150 additional refugees in the local area. Marta and Tomac have young families of their own, but they have prioritised helping those who are most in need, during this unprecedented time.

We must help Marta in Tomac, who are themselves helping a huge number of Ukrainian refugees.

We are pledging £4000 per month in financial support, indefinitely. The first instalment has already been paid.

Individually we can do little, but together our monthly donations will help to keep Marta and Tomac afloat, as they care for those whose lives have been turned upside down.

Now that our convoy has delivered its aid, and the initial shock of war breaking out has lessened somewhat, the temptation is to focus our attention on matters closer to home.
