Story
There is currently no Hospice provision in Winchester, meaning people are having to travel to Andover or the outskirts of Southampton for hospice care . Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust (HHFT) are therefore developing a new Hospice in Winchester to provide palliative and end of life care for local people, with the aim to open in January 2019. Some of the HHFT Dietitians have signed up for the Winchester 10km road race on the 25th February and hope to raise some sponsorship to donate to the Hospice fund.
