I'm a six form student at Gumley House school and next July a group of us will be taking a party of sick, disabled and elderly people who are going to Lourdes for the annual pilgrimage. Whilst we are there we will became their companions and full-time carers which will involve our time and dedication to give them the best experience possible.
From feedback on other trips it has been proved that this brings a feeling of well-being to all involved which i'm sure will be the case in our party.
This is a new opportunity for me as I've never done anything like this before but i'm confident that i will be good at it, especially as i'm a good communicator (i love a good chat). I'm really looking forward to the trip and hope you can help.
