Thank you for all your donations and kind words for Tom and Ruthanna. After 6 days; happy to report they have heard from friends taking care of their dogs; all safe and well. Chuey, the smallest dog now resident looter-alarm dog; allowing folks to get much- needed sleep without worry, barking at any loud noise nearby. US National Guard has arrived & security is returning. Friends & dogs will leave St John soon via the coast guard to offshore ships, then to Miami. Tom and Ruthanna, officially unemployed, are now back in Kentucky with family. x

Thank you so much for all the support, from far and wide, so far. We are very touched, as are Tom and Ruthanna and her family. They are currently in limbo working out flights back to the US, and then onto the USVI for Tom. We will keep you posted. x
