Hydrotherapy has been a fundamental part of many patients rehabilitation and care. The research has shown the benefits of hydrotherapy on many patient groups from rheumatology to chronic pain to joint replacements, and the numbers of patients we see in the pool every week proves this! Our equipment is essential to delivering the correct treatment and it is hard to restock and replace quick enough to meet the demand! To improve the service we give to you and those who enter our lovely department we need to buy new pool equipment such as plinths, Aqua stools, arm bands, neck collars etc. We have been very fortunate to have supportive volunteers whom have raised hydrotherapy funds to restock our pool in the past and it is time for us to do our bit! By setting this cycling challenge we hope to raise £500 towards the maintenance of our department which we love and cherish!
