My son's ex wife left him in May 2013 for the third time taking his three sons after kissing him goodbye to drop the children at school. She went to Women's aid saying there was domestic violence to enable her to get free legal aid at the Taxpayers expense. There is no evidence of domestic violence. Court have believed her lies as she walks in to court with walking stick. My son and I have spent thousands of pounds, but have run out of funds to employ a barrister to go back to court to see his sons. My son is a gentle caring man who is being denied access to his sons with no proof that he has done anything wrong. We have spent thousands of pounds on court fees but have run out of.funds. Please help my son is heartbroken. Thank you.
