On the 29th of July this year I will be flying out to CRP (centre for the rehabilitation of the paralysed) in Bangladesh to spend time volunteering and offering my help in anyway I can, to both patients and staff alike. This incredible opportunity will help me to understand the value of the aspects of my life I take for granted and really help me to give back to those without the privileges that have been handed to me as a citizen in a first world country. Throughout my stay I will be helping children with disabilities and supporting the organisation by making equipment that can be used hopefully for years to come.

The money I raise both here and through my afternoon tea event will be used to pay for the flights as well as the necessary vaccinations and visas I need to make this trip happen. Thank you so much for the support, every penny is truly appreciated.
