Hi my name is Jacqueline Mann i am disabled with amongst other things degenerative arthritis this makes my life very difficult - I cant walk except around my house and to get in and out of my car - thing is my mobility scooter has given up on me so i need a new one or a decent second hand one just to get myself but more so my beautiful Doti dog out of the four walls or confines of the car just for half an hour per day (health permiting) and I cant afford this - so any help would be so much appriciated by both of us.
