Hi, a few hardy Clarets are undertaking a mammoth cycling trip from Bournemouth to Burnley to raise funds for Barry Kilby’s prostate cancer appeal. In between saving the Clarets from bankruptcy and surviving cancer himself, Barry has funded ealry prostate cancer testing for local men saving countless lives and family heart break across the region, all whilst removing the taboo on early testing and undertaking the tests in a fella frriendly environment. Its no easy task for myself and the team, it is the equivalent to my longest day in the saddle over three consecutive days and I hope you think this effort is worthy of a few spare pounds or pence to spur us all on.

I consciously haven’t pestered you all since your amazing generosity three years ago on my ride London fudraiser and I promise to leave you all alone for a while!
