Kathy has sat at the top of Thornford Road every morning, come rain or shine, since lock down, waving at all the drivers, with a big smile to brighten their day in difficult times. At over 80 she walked over 2 miles in all weathers to be there for the community.
Her oil tank has failed and she needs a new one to keep her warm this winter but unfortunately she is struggling to afford it.
We wondered if the community would like to thank her for her effort, big smiles and waves and return the community spirit by helping her to stay warm this winter. Anything you can give will show her that she is appreciated. Please help this lovely lady.
