I am proud to be running the London Marathon this year in support of In Charley's Memory.

I've been given such an amazing opportunity to support a local charity & I really want to raise as much as possible for them!

In Charley’s Memory aims to do the following within Somerset and surrounding areas.

We offer 1-to-1 counselling, so you can work through whatever you would like to with your counsellor in a safe, supportive space. There is a small donation required and this will be discussed at your first appointment.

To make support services to young adults with Mental Health conditions more accessible and reliable to work with other organisations and to help raise the profile of Mental Health.

To advance the education and knowledge surrounding Mental Health within learning environments and wider communities; we achieve this by working closely with schools and colleges and through drop in sessions and school assemblies.

To reach out to young people looking to learn about mental health and recruit them as Ambassadors; run exciting projects and programmes designed to improve the wellbeing of the young people of the West Country.
