Members of Llantwit Major And Barry Island Coastguard Rescue Teams are entering numerous running events through out 2018 to raise funds for our 3 chosen charities. The first Autism Puzzles Cymru supports families that have children with Autism, we decided to raise funds for them following the recent diagnosis of one of the Llantwit team members son. The Coastguard Assosiation supports serving and retired coastguards if they find themselves in diffcult times. The Mind Bluelight Program raises awareness and supports Emergency service crews with stress and mental health wellbeing.
