On Saturday 3rd August I will be Skydiving from 15,000ft, yes that's right, I will be jumping from 15,000ft, and free-falling for 60 whole seconds.

All the money I raise will be donated to ManHealth . Having struggled myself with mental health issues in the recent years, I know how important it is to seek help and I think it's vital that men are able to speak up about how they feel and end the stigma around it. The opportunity to raise money for this great cause is too good to turn down.

ManHealth run FREE peer support groups across County Durham. These groups are open to men affected by depression and other mental health conditions to share friendship and support. All ManHealth groups are run by men with lived experience of mental ill health. The groups are designed to provide an opportunity to meet new friends, helping to end the social stigma, and loneliness of mental ill health.
