I am doing a wing walk on in Selby, Yorkshire on August 5th to raise funds for Almost Home Dog Rescue. This rescue has only been going for 10 months and has already re homed 100 dogs, many of which would sadly not be here today if not rescued by Almost Home. It is run by a team of volunteers and relies completely on donations and fund raising events and the wonderful foster homes that look after the dogs until a home is found.As well as the routine vaccinations and spaying dogs are sometimes abandoned due to the cost of their health care and therefore veterinary costs can escalate quickly and can be long term. The money raised would absolutely help to save more dogs. Thank you in advance from Almost Home.
